Numotion never disappoints. Always excellent customer service. The call team is delightful and very informative. However, my technician, Aaron Bonds, who has serviced my wheelchair about 7 times in the past 2 years (due to airline damage & normal wear & tear), goes over and beyond every time. He shows up wherever I am located, on the job, home, etc. He has found ways to temporarily fix my chair to be mobile until parts come in.
