The evaluation was conducted in a knowledgeable manner by a qualified empathic young person. I am looking forward to seeing the rapid progress.
The experience was very eye opening and made me realize just how much I need this chair and how it would make my life much easier. The whole experience was difficult for me but that’s what I needed to make me aware of all the things I was not able to do. Chris was great. He had to deal with me and five or six other women and he hopefully got what he needed from me.

Such an easy experience! My son is easily triggered by other kids so having a completely separate location for the evaluation was massively beneficial. Vinnie was super kind, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

Very competent, thorough and informative Vinnie Mason. Took time to evaluate ALS patient and figure out how wheel chair will work in our house including inside and outside ramps. House is from 1820, so somewhat of a challenge. Couldn't have been in better hands. Today, Vinnie was extremely helpful getting delivery of hospital bed expedited after patient's fall this morning. Very, very pleased with the help extended.
The experience was amazing. The attention to detail was phenomenal and he took his time to explain every part of the chair, what it did, how it worked, and which part would work better with the chair. The chair was built exactly how we needed!
