As one who is totally dependent on my electric chair,it is very stressful when it completely freezes up and you have to go though calling a phone bank, hopefully getting someone who can help quickly. The part I needed was sent, but hadn't been programed so it had to be sent back. Checking your website app was no help, I could never get any satisfactory answers until I connected with someone who was very helpful. Wonderful. Randy took the time to adjust my chair listening to my concerns and spent the time to “Map” my seating position on the new and old cushions, it took some time. And what wasn’t ordered; we figured out and it’s in the mix now.

Only game in town so it’s hard to compare. We will see how long it takes to receive the DME. Little input was provided by the PT. They just checked some boxes and went through the motions. Realize its required but kind of silly.
