Wonderful. Randy took the time to adjust my chair listening to my concerns and spent the time to “Map” my seating position on the new and old cushions, it took some time. And what wasn’t ordered; we figured out and it’s in the mix now.

Only game in town so it’s hard to compare. We will see how long it takes to receive the DME. Little input was provided by the PT. They just checked some boxes and went through the motions. Realize its required but kind of silly.

The representative was completely cordial, polite, helpful, and straightforward with us. Here, in the last chapters of my life, I am filled with gratitude that I will receive a motorized chair, and also grateful for the kindness of the representative who stopped by to assess me.

Unbelievable, friendly service, took the time to explain the options of the chair, needed an adjustment after using 1 day because one door was a little tight, came the very next day. I would highly recommend them.
