After leaving our last review, we had One of the vice presidents of customer service contact us. They not only rectify the problem making sure that we feel secure and using new motion in the future, they went beyond Customer Service and created a better customer relational bond. We recommend new Ocean moving forward.

Numotion worked with my doctors and insurance to make sure that I got what I needed. Same with upgrades and repairs. Worked with my caregiver to get my device in and repaired in record time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I definitely recommend Numotion.
