She did a great job on working with the PT folks at the hospital to come up with solutions. My biggest hurdle is getting insurance for coverage of payment.

There has been no communication to fix any of the problems I have had. At this point there is no chance that my chair will ever fit my needs properly because I can get no one to return phone calls or follow through with the needed repairs and modifications that have been needed since day 1.
