Craig was wonderful! He was friendly and knowledgeable. H e explained everything as well as answer questions. I love my electric chair! It maneuvers a lot easier than a previous electric chair.

He was very good a finding the replacement for some small parts and fixed some that we saved not sure where they go. It is good to get a new wheel and arm that had cracked. He was very kind with my dogs as they barked a lot. He has no fear of them and they soon settled down.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Deliveries delayed months and months. Wrong chair finally delivered. Entire months long process had to be repeated. Service takes weeks and weeks. Customer service is pathetic.
