Not Helpful for Everyone I took this for a solid 6 months. I continued shedding. For a few months, I told myself to “trust the process.” I told myself that, even when it seemed like I was losing more hair than I had been losing. If anything, it worsened. Don’t Recommend Nutrafol gave me diarrhea for an entire day. My stomach hurt so bad, I thought I’d have to go to the ER! I didn’t try it right when I got it. I waited too long and was unable to return it.
Waste of money Biggest waste of money. Another money grab. Took as instructed did not see a difference
To much hair loss I understand there is some shedding in the beginning, but in three weeks I shed so much hair I thought I’d be bald by the time it started to work. My dermatologist even recommended it, but I would recommend caution with this product. I’ve stopped taking it and won’t take it again. I regret ever starting.

Not working yet and now stomach upset I have had hair loss for about 4 months. Been taking this for a little over 2 months. My hair is still falling out and no new growth. Also, I am now getting a really upset stomach and wondering if this is why since I see many reporting this issue.
