All the associates who assisted me were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Joe in particular was very engaging, and made sure I understood the entire LASIK process.
I never got my post-surgery kit with the sleeping pills and whatnot. They showed it to me and explained the stuff inside, but somehow it was never given to me. I was really drugged up so I didn't notice. Other than that, perfect.
Everyone is just so lovely in the office that it makes it a pleasure to go in! Thank you!
