Never a wait to be seen by the friendly staff at NY Spine. They are a great and caring practice of various back pain professionals (chiropractor, physical medicine/rehabilitation doctor, and physical therapist are all onsite and work really closely) which I could not recommend more if you are having back pain. Dr. Chu is very caring and attentive and makes sure your treatment plan works for you, offering different options based on your comfort.
Dr. Chu is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He truly cares about your progress and find the best treatment to speed up the recovery. I personally have herniated cervical discs with symptoms felt on my left arm and if you have any spine issues, I recommend seeing Dr. Chu and his amazing staff. It will be the best desicion you make to treat your issue.
Staff is so unorganized and dismissive
I went to dr hosny after i tore my labrum while rock climbing. I told him that i didn't want surgery. He did a thorough examination to determine what would be best for me. He suggested that i get a PRP injection. He explained why it was beneficial for my case. The injections were easy and not too painful. After, my shoulder has felt 100% better and i have gotten back to rock climbing and lifting. I'm thankful that i was able to avoid surgery and was able to get back to my active lifestyle.
No relief with injection. I also had side effects and called office. No one cared.
After struggling with neck pain for years and going through physical therapy and suffering on a daily basis, Dr. Hosny diagnosed and treated my neck pain. I'm not 100% pain free, but I'm off all my medications and have much more movement. The staff is amazing and the doctors are all top notch.
His NJ office personnel is absolutely horrible, rude and unqualified. I requested the information for my procedure to be emailed to me and the receptionist responded to me that she had no time for emails. They never make any appointments correctly or simply ignore to set up appointment while they will reassure you that you have an appointment. I will never go back to them and certainly will never recommend any one either.
Dr. Hosny and his staff are amazing! Dr. Hosny is always professional and on time. He understands that your time is as valuable as his. He was very thorough, detailed and extremely professional. Dr. Hosny is very knowledgable and gave me numerous options. I highly recommended him.
Absolutely wonderful experience!!! Dr. Hosny is an exteremly thorough doctor. Amazing bedside manner! All questions were answered and many options given. Highly recommend to friends and family.
