you shouldn't have gotten this ticket but that being said, NYC Traffic tickets are so hard to fight- but you need to fight them. Sometimes Justice is served. We try to give our clients a chance- because pleading guilty means points on your license now, and then sadly, one can become a persistent violator. YEAH! Glad you were vindicated. Now go collect your $40.00 bond refund!
