you shouldn't have gotten this ticket but that being said, NYC Traffic tickets are so hard to fight- but you need to fight them. Sometimes Justice is served. We try to give our clients a chance- because pleading guilty means points on your license now, and then sadly, one can become a persistent violator. YEAH! Glad you were vindicated. I could not have been more pleased with the service that Wendy Bishop provided me. I waited way too long to contact her and I had to reply to the violation in a week. She was on her way out of town but still took my case, got my violation information , contacted the proper party and got some more time.
