Did fine on the service but didn't like them trying to sell work that wasn't according to manufacture guidelines. That's no way to make money or treat loyal customers. Just be honest and do whats scheduled!
The work is always top notch at OR Nissan. For the March 10th appointment, I was told it would be about 2 hours to do the 1 hour recall work. I think 2 hours is a little long to have someone wait in the lobby. If I knew that at anytime before, I could have made arrangements to have someone pick me up and drop me off. The reason for the length of the appointment was (from what I understand from the service team member) they were letting customers have the 1 hour recall work added to whatever they were already having done.
