Dr Balos is very responsive through IU messaging and in person. I've had only good experiences with her aside from not being able to get in to see her at times.
She listened to my questions, answered in layman's terms, and sent me to an appropriate specialist. Her staff was responsive and polite. I have referred two friends to her.
Dr Smith is an excellent doctor. She has cared for my family for many years. She stands out amongst other physicians for a variety of reasons - willingness to listen, thinking outside the box, open to ideas/suggestions and willingness to refer to specialists. Amazing Experience with Dr. Dawes. Funny thing is, he is not my actual OB, but was the doctor on site when I was in labor. He had amazing bed side manners, friendly, professional, and helped coach me. I had a very hard labor due to preeclampsia where I had to be induced. In the end my natural Birth Plans turned into a C-Section. Every person I showed my incision to was blown away by how clean, small, and perfect it looked. Appointment was quickly scheduled, wait time was 0 minutes. Dr. Cleary gave full attention to all of my concerns. He articulated his thoughts to me clearly and a follow up with the Breast Center was swiftly handled. His personable demeanor and interaction skills makes it easy to trust his guidance. Very fortunate to have him in the same practice as Dr. Payne.
Dr. Ronco, her nurses and staff at the Zionsville office are exceptional….I couldn’t ask for better care from scheduling appointments, checking in, having emails answered in the portal, timeliness of appointments and the time taken during appointments. Dr. Ronco takes her time and is mindful to provide whole person attention and care. Have been experiencing multiple negative symptoms since menopause. Dr. Clearly was very compassionate, and spent a significant amount of time with me listening to my concerns and explaining what he believed was happening, possible treatment plans, next steps, etc. Then he conducted a thorough exam…best GYN exam ever. So gentle and made me feel completely comfortable. Wish I met him years ago!
Dr. Dawes is kind, listens, and very attentive. You can tell he thoroughly reads your chart before interacting and knows your history well. I appreciate his patience with questions and he doesn’t make you feel rushed. Great doctor!
