My experience at the Oceanbreeze Dental with Dr Konviser was as follows: *First visit Dr. Konviser held no patient doctor conversation with me. He was cold and indifferent showing no interest in getting to know me as his new patient so he could understand if I was nervous, afraid or comfortable with him treating me. Terrible customer service from the front desk staff as well as the hygienist. The hygienist then decided to argue with me while I was leaned back in the chair with her hands in my mouth, and I felt like I was in a hostage situation. The front desk staff uses technical dental terms when speaking to their patients and then gets frustrated when we don't know their tooth lingo. The dental hygienist did a great job and the dentist was thorough as always. No waiting in office and very friendly atmosphere. It’s a great dental service.

Terrible Dentist. Made my Dentures totally wrong, the teeth were flat instead of rounded in the front. Top and bottom. I talked with a lisp. Totally unacceptable, and he wouldn’t re make them unless i paid for them. Very shoddy. He asked for his dentures back, when i asked for the money back he refused.
