I would not recommend Ocean Drive Dental Care. The dentist here Ahmed Abdou was convicted and sentenced to 2 years in prison for assault, perjury and acting in a threatening manner. This practice enabled him and continued to post about him after he was sat in jail. Ahmed Abdou is extremely unprofessional, he does not put data into patients records properly, missing crucial aspects of care out. My experience with this dental practice is terrible. They are rude. They botched my operations 3 times! Then wiped me off their records twice! Which meant I was irradiated twice, and have been going around with a temporary top denture, and a row of 8 front teeth for over two years now. They send me notifications in my wife's name. But worse their filling fell off and my tooth decayed and I needed an extraction, they refused me on the grounds that I needed to produce a NHS fee exemption certificate. It's not like me to complain but after going to my appointment two days ago in a lot of pain due to an infected wisdom tooth. I don't feel any better. After visiting the clinic for the second time in one day the only advice I was given was use salt water. I've been doing that for 5 days now and it's only getting worse. I've been with this dentist for years but I don't feel anyone listened to me, as the priority was to give me a filling in a tooth that gave me no problems, therefore I won't be back.
Sorry guys. Place has went downhill after it has been taken over. In pain again with a filling and won't be coming back here to be honest. Dr lampros was brilliant but then after the changes I got the nurse who gave me the worst experience I have ever had in a dentist.!!!!
Worst dentist I have ever been too! Came out in more pain than when I went in! Had to then go get a tooth pulled because I was in so much pain!
