Unprofessional. No way to get in touch with them to ask questions if you're bleeding after they close early at 3:00. Texts go unanswered. Calls to their emergency number, which they purposely make very difficult to find because they don't want to be bothered, go unanswered. Messages to their Facebook page go unanswered. When they finally get back to you the next day, they "don't know what happened" to all of your calls, and then they try to blame you for the issues you're having.
