unfortunately, they didn't honor the referral code that the location I donate at verified they used. I never did receive my referral bonus from this location, despite their claims of submitting an IT ticket. Basically, you refer someone and they just don't pay you, even though the other person donated more than once. So why refer someone if they don't honor it
poor management, loss of great employees, failure to take care of their customers due to being severly understaffed. This place will close their doors soon if they don't get it together and act professional.
the OAKDALE MN location.... HA! such a joke. this is the third time I've donated and was told each time that it wouldn't take more then an hr. I've been here since 530pm it's now 8pm and they're now just sticking me. btw... they close at 7. I'll NEVER BE BACK!!!
The girl latifa (however you spell it) is very incompetent. 1st off she put the wrong cuff then stuck me and was like ur veins are small 1st off my veins are not small the B**** didnt kno what she was doing then had the nerve to really argue with me i told her ill whoop her azz she kept goin back and fourth my blood couldnt even return because the did a restick and still couldn't get the vein.
