Choice in employees. Alix, Joseph, Mel, Dia, are just awful excuses for Human Beings. Went in on May 10, 2024; and they weren't even running the air, while poorly acting as though there is a difference in Total Volume collected, and pure Plasma collected. They can improve honesty, but they won't.
I went to octopharma as a new donor this past week and have a bruise that is awful. I can't donate and maximize donations. Because I can't donate I am losing opportunities to get paid .

FYI- they change your pay without telling you! Save your time and go somewhere else. This place is slow and I mean SLOW. Why open at 7-7:30 with 3 workers then not have others come in until 9-10? You have to show up at certain times to actually donate quick. 8/10 times only 1 worker is screening, barely 2 workers in the donation area helping.
