All the staff it's wonderful and had good bed side manners and love to help people and that way I enjoy coming to donate plasma and I will never change plasma because yall have good attitude towards me that's why I will keep donate at yall center. Â

Been coming here for quite awhile......watched them go through several staff changes and it's been steadily going down hill, now they are ridiculously under staffed and wait times are truly ridiculous. Will give them a little longer to straighten back out, used to be a great place!Â

I donated as a new donor and the lab that they use got behind on processing the samples which therefore prevented me from donating. It took so long at least two weeks before I was allowed to donate. Because it took so long I get screwed out of one of my new donor payments and they say that they can't do anything about it. Of course being Christmas time, not being able to donate and not getting my new donor payment, causes my son not to have the presents that he was originally supposed to get. I've been going here for quit years. Seems like the whole process takes longer these days. Until I came in yesterday Saturday May 13th. There was a black lady who was processing people in and she was talking to another black lady about how the donor was going to take her to the Beyonce concert. So the lady who was processing people came to the back and stuck this lady first when there was 2 of us ahead of her. We notified Jerry about it and he was like "I know".
