Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable as it was my first time donating. Brooklyn is a very hard worker, has a pleasant demeanor, she spends one on one time with every donor. She does an excellent job! She should be recognized for her hard work and dedication to Octapharma! She wasn’t feeling good the second day I donated, yet she was still as awesome as she could be! Thank you Brooklyn
I scheduled an appointment online. Waited for 30+ minutes at the front desk directly next to the “new donor check in here” sign but no one came, no one answered me. I gave up eventually. The place was unclean, it smelled too. It was a wasted trip, drove 1 hour, I won’t be returning sadly. I attached a picture of the marvelous employee who helped me register and start the process so I could donate. @OctaPlasma Put out an application on Indeed cuz yall need a front desk associate geez.
Plan on being here 4 hrs each time! Its just not worth it! I went today for my second time and at 3 1/2 hrs waiting and watching all the workers whom were suppose to be hooking you up. But instead was standing around talking! I was there 3 1/2 hrs and I walked out! I guess if you are desperate for money you would put up with it. But I am not! Come on people do better!
Im giving only 3 stars because no matter what time of the day you get there it seems like it takes a lot longer than it should to get from start to finish because of the limited amount of employees available. The first time I went it took 5 hours start to finish. I went as soon as the doors opened and it still took over 2 hours.
I'm giving three stars just cause I genuinely like the employee's that work here. The last several months everything has seemed to have gotten worse. I've spent several visits at Octoplasma 3/4 hours to donate. They never have the coverage needed. Sometimes 3 people for the whole day. Ive not seen more than two bays open every time I've been. Long lines. It's not uncommon to be skipped in favor of others (not new donors). It's extremely frustrating. They have lost several long time employees. A few employees are a lot slow... read more
