When I called to get more information, nobody answered the phone. When I arrived, it seemed as if the staff was slacking off, chatting amongst themselves. I was greeted by an older woman with a Karen haircut. She proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid (despite the fact that I had donated at other plasma centers awhile back). She also touched my hand, which I thought was both very creepy and also unsanitary. This company is an absolute joke and I will never be doing business with them again.
