I was at one of your centers where your people did not care enough they did my weight wrong. I weigh 130 pounds put down I weighed 160 pounds when I was given plasma it got into the 700s when I kept telling them something didn’t feel right and that I have never given that much in three years, they told me I was wrong and everything was fine. I came to your center yesterday for the first time. I went to the front desk and stood there for a few before a lady with pink hair stated to me, "What are y'all waiting on?". This is not a typical greeting you should receive when coming to a medical setting or a place of business. Then before I can even answer her , she looks at my 17 year old daughter who was beside me, asking me how old she was. I assumed she was asking because she thought she was donating.
