today nakia attended me she was very thorough and explained why she was taking a sample.
They take care of the same donors with the same gloves . They do not wipe down the pressure cuffs and do not change their gloves in between donor. Also no soap in the bathroom and no hand sanitizer to be found in the building.
Horrible experience. The phlebotomist obviously was learning on me and blew straight through my vein and left a huge bruise.
Don’t donate here. No one knows what they are doing. Guarantee a bruise after waiting an hour just to sit.
They're outrageously unprofessional! They expect you to waste 3 hours, no questions asked! Not to mention their technology is downright obsolete, and their marketing is nothing but blatant lies!
Way to Go Thomas for Your Lack of Caring and Poor Attitude! Closing the Door right on my Face as I am Entering from walking thru Puddles of Water and Getting Soaken Wet from Pouring Rain that I drove for 30 mins after a 10 hour work Day! Once again it been a very not well experience I've entered the center at 9:25 it 10:20 and still waiting for my vitals there people walking around hands in pocket watching the two vitals stations struggle and not do anything its seems like ur senior staff has a god complex and doesn't want to talk to any one client or staff very rude mgmt .dont get it wrong there is some great staff such as Dupree and several others mike the Spanish lady in vitals booth 1 but some mgmt seems very unapproachable when share ur urgency about w... read more
