The young women and men who make up the entire team including donor floor, reception, processing, quality, heck even management were all very very POLITE, ATTENTIVE, EFFICIENT, CLEAN, NEAT......The list goes on but most of all PREPARED! Not once have I ever came in and it wasn't clean and the ladies of both reception and donor floor didn't greet me or weren't ready to assist me.
