The phlebotomist that stuck me did not listen when asked to stick me in the same hole and to not make a new one. She also shoved the needle in hard that it caused me major discomfort. I've been donating for over a decade and never have experienced such unprofessionalism from a phlebotomist. Not likely to return as a donor.
They don't know how to i use a middle I have 3 large brushes on my arms it's been week and a half and they look so bad I can't even wear short sleeves it's looks like I'm a junky witch cost me a job I'm disappointed in childlike behavior some of the girls behave infront of a client it's like be surrounded by children who are playing a game
I’ll give it one star due to the friendly smiles and management but that’s it’s. Staff are running around clueless. People can’t seem to find equipment or complete pre-screening items. After having to get up 5 times because screening items weren’t available, heart rate popped 106. Would’ve been nice to be under 100 but that’s what happens with a whole lotta movement.
