I believe I have been going to Dr. Ramirez and Makinzee Kemp for 3 or 4 years now. I first went to Dr. Ramirez. The next year Dr. Ramirez was booked when I needed to go but Makinzee Kemp was available so she performed my skin check. She is very professional, put me at ease and does a great job. Last year she had to remove a spot that was diagnosed as needing to come off, requiring 3 stitches. I can hardly tell were it was. Good Job & Thanks!

I saw Ms Nielsen for symptoms of a sinus infection. 10 days earlier I caught COVID. I was getting better, but I had a headache, my ears were clogged, and I had sinus pressure. I had a business trip planned in three days so I want to be prepared. She listened to my chest. She said my lungs were clear. She seemed to ignore what I told her. Not very compassionate about the medical scare we were going through. Made us feel like we were wasting his time and provided minimal helpful knowledge. We probably would've been better off Googling symptoms and treatment.

Enjoyed my visit. She conducted a dermatologic body scan and found one questionable spot. Took a tissue sample for testing. Results are in, yet I cannot get her to return my calls. Not acceptable.
