I recently had issues with water coming into my family room and garage. I called Ohio State Waterproofing because we had a warranty on other parts of the house that were waterproofed by the previous owners. **, the first gentlemen to come out listened to me and was very attentive to my concerns. I was very impressed with the level of communication provided. During every step they provided information as to what they were doing. ******* and his crew were amazing. Very polite and courteous. I was impressed with the way they answered any questions I had during the job. Looking forward to a dry basement.
They are a great group of guys who do amazing work. Had the same crew out both times and these guys are easy to work with, they hustle, they are kind and pay attention to detail. Great work!!
