The staff was very friendly when I arrived, greeting me and offering me something to drink. The service technician's name was Korey They were very professional and did try to upsell me several times with transmission power steering coolant flushes. I did get the stop oil leak treatment to see if that would help because I do have a small oil leak. The whole process did not take very long and I got a free car wash at the end.
They were very customer service oriented, friendly, clear on what they would service on my vehicle. They were very up front.
