We were greeted by Bryson as we were pulling in with a coffee and a soda. He went over the whole vehicle point inspection with us very thoroughly. And our service was provided by an extremely comprehensive team led by Jason who was also very accommodating and knowledgeable. They went through everything from my engine oil, to my overdrive gear box, to my rear differential. They topped off my cooling system, and greased all of my door locks, hinges and strikers. I had an outstanding experience with my oil and filter change. The team of professional young guys handled everything with friendliness and professionalism. They even gave us free cokes and dog treats for our pups, which was so thoughtful. Truly the best service I've received. Highly recommend!!

My first 4 experiences were great! Friendly and professional with great vacuums after. However, I use synthetic, and went in for fluid check at 5,000 mile reminder. Done this here before as well as other businesses. This time, however the tech was rude, abrasive and argumentative when I told his I was in for fluid check. He told me all synthetics call for change at 5,000. I told him that is not close to truth, that they recommend every 10,000 across the board. Today I took my motorhome to Oil Stop to get the oil changed like I had done before about 6 months ago. Today I was told there is a $50.00 extra cost since it is a motorhome. My motorhome has the same 6.8L V10 engine that can be found in the Ford Excursion. I doubt they are charging people with Excursions $50.00 extra for an oil change. It is the same process in my motorhome as it is in any car that comes in to have the oil changed. Stopped by on a Sunday (yes they're open Sundays!). Wasn't super busy when we arrived but had picked up by the end of our service. James was very professional and nice, although all the techs we had were great. Definitely our favorite drive through oil change that we've been to. The shop was really clean and they give you a free beverage while you wait
I took my Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change and received a "free" carwash. Well the drive through car wash broke off the bug shield attached to the hood and the body cowling located above my rear window that houses a brake light. When I brought this to the manager I was told body damage isn't covered. So now I'm stuck with $350 in damages. Totally unacceptable
Friendly and fast, great car wash. Best vacuums and they provide an air hose. What a great addition!
Came in for an over due oil change, and the three gentlemen helping me were extremely polite and knowledgeable I believe their names were Jason, Kris and Lenny! This place offers a a lot of extra services and products that they recommend but don't push. I've kept note of what extras I may need and will be back to get them done here. They were efficient as I was in and out plus with a free car wash and vacuum services! I highly recommend!
