Took 90 minutes, was better off dropping off my car and coming back. Guy went to replace my cabin air filter, they didn't have a replacement so he had to put back the old one, he didn't air it out or clean it, instead he dumped the contents onto my passenger side floor mat and didn't clean it up.

The technician broke my transmission dipstick and then stated I was told on a previous visit it was in need of repair. I was never told this nor was it written on my paperwork. I have filed a claim with Oil Stop.

I have been coming to oil stop for 20 years , up until my last visit I was a staunch advocate and fan of oil stop. My Last visit I waited over an hour ! I wasn't shown my transmission fluid and the oil instead of being drained was sucked out of my engine with no explanation. Your employees who are usually extremely motivated and friendly seemed defeated and had no energy. Hope this is a temporary lull but service has definitely declined

Waited 45 minutes in the bay with my hood up. Should have been informed that there is less staff in the morning and a 3rd car in the bays will not be serviced until the other 2 are finished. I would have left and come back another time.

Not great, the wrong oil was put in the car. I took it back 36 hours later and had them change it. Car immediately starting rattling and banging. The check engine light came on with code P1061.
