It was great, the only thing that I wasn't very happy about was that the gal that did my oil change was unable to change my cabin filter, I thought she was going to ask someone else how to do it on my vehicle, but it wasn't done. I would appreciate it if I can come by and get a cabin filter and have someone else change it. I have lots of allergies so I would like to have my cabin filter changed. Thank you!
Well, as usual, and I mean, I've been using oil stock for many many years. And many cars presently you are servicing for vehicles for me. I like the staff. They're easy to work with very knowledgeable and friendly. Been very helpful when I go to sell a car that I can print out the history of your service and hand it to the new owner recently did that with my 99 GMC, that I replaced with a Dodge ram. Needless to say will be back and I do recommend oil stop to my friends.
It's not often these days that I'm genuinely blown away by a company's servicebut OilStop exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, every representative I interacted with was polite, knowledgeable, and clearly well-trained. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly professional. It's rare to see this level of customer care anymorekudos to the team at Oil Stop for raising the bar.
Quick in and out service. Friendly staff.
Great service and very fast. A fair amount of upselling at escalated pricing, but they are performing the service for you which comes at a cost if you do it yourself.
Excellent service by the team here. Very knowledgeable.
Been bringing all my vehicles here after the dealer services are over never had any issues. Always helpful and not pushy. What they recommend is always earlier than what my brand recommends so it helps you never be behind on your vehicle.
Always a super service group experience
First time there ! Polite service ! I'll be by !
