Amazing! It's not often we leave an oil change saying "that was fun!" We were greeted by two female staff members which my daughters loved. Then they were given juice. The change was quick and then we got to use their vacuum are for free and go through the car wash. Great experience
I am so thankful for the crew at Oilstop in North Albany! These gals and guys are incredible. I have an older vehicle and they stay on top of keeping it on the road. I generally get my oil changes in the morning (around 9am) and there's hardly ever any wait time. And I love how fast the car wash is!! Thanks, you guys!!
First time trying oilstop, they were able to get the oil changed quickly, but upon leaving my air bag light came on and also the seat belt signal. I have a new car. So no reason that they should have been on. They claimed nothing should have been touched that lead to the lights coming on. I usually go through the dealership that I bought car from, but I needed to get changed ASAP and no availability for sooner appointments. And I use their cash wash all the time. . Customer service was top tier. Staff was efficient, fast, kind, and gave you an update every so often. They communicated very well with each other, making you feel more comfortable knowing you're in good hands. 11/10 recommend.
Such a great experience. The techs were polite and friendly, fast and efficient, and kept me apprised of everything they were doing and any recommendations they had. They weren’t pushy and I felt like they did a great job! Also a free drink and car wash on top of everything! I will be back next time I need my oil changed
