Exceptional customer service. They started off by offering me a complimentary beverage, they made sure to inform me of all the maintenance needed and suggested services that were needing attention soon. I went for an oil change and left with my truck fully taken care of. Oil? New windshield wipers, new airfilters and a free car wash! I am definitely coming back. I had a great experience at Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change! The whole process was fast, easy, and stress free. The staff were super friendly and professional, explaining everything clearly. First time coming here for an oil change , workers are super professional explaining everything step by step, I believe Lexie and Moses were assisting, great customer service , didn't have to exit my car, complimentary drink and car wash included on the invoice, googie car wash was down the street l. Overall great experience . Also super happy they offer coupons too! Great workers

What an Experience!! The welcome from Matthew and explanation of what was to be expected made experience great from the start. The communication between the team, made the service progress smoothly. Edwin explained the suggested service, visually showing what the oil looks like. Every suggestion made sense and was explained. Recommend this place for your service needs. Price was great!! Dont really write reviews but this place deserved it very professional , the employees had great customer service . Got the job done quick 10/10 recommended !! They just gained a new custy .. i will say the only bad part was them trying to sell me stuff i didnt need but i understand its just business lol they totally understand when you say no, either than that place is legit

Honestly I was skeptical I have never done a drive thru oil change and this is probably going to be my new go to. I did a full synthetic and not only do they do the oil change but they check and service the car completely, topping up fluids and such. They were polite and respectful they even offered me a drink when I pulled up. Seems like a solid value for your money especially if you utilize their coupons. Would recommend

Got here on a Saturday around 830a Was offered a complimentary drink which was nice. They were busy with another car which was okay with me. Only waited about 10 min before they attended me. The guys were really cool in explaining their step process. Didn't feel pressured at all if I denied any other service. Came for what I needed and left with what I needed in less than 30 min!! I would definitely come back again.

AMAZING SERVICE & HONESTY!! They offered me a complimentary beverage upon pulling up to get my oil change, which was such a nice touch and refreshing. Edwin and Matthew gave me advice and was helpful along the whole process. They used my $25 coupon and the whole transaction was a breeze. I will definitely be returning! Oh, also, FREE CARWASH!
