I came through for a last minute oil change and these gentleman did a phenomenal job. The vibe and communication with their team is solid and fun. They even gave me a choice of drink (water, soda, or coffee/cocoa). Regular price for 5 quarts of synthetic is $100, but these guys also do a "33 point inspection" that includes topping off fluids, checking your air filter, filling up your tires, and washing your windows. Amazing service at Oil Stop Drive-Thru! The staff was friendly, professional, and super efficient from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell unnecessarily, and had me in and out quickly. I really appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable everyone was. This was one of the easiest and best oil change experiences I've had--highly recommend!
Will strip your drain plug to your oil pan and tell you you have a cracked oil pan. All the technicians use heavy impacts to do an oil change. If you want to save yourself and oil pan replacement don't go here. Filed complaint with California Bureau of Automotive Repair . They damage your vehicle and take no accountability for there actions
