RecommendedFrom start to finish Eric was AMAZING! I was impressed from the day that I called for them to inspect my mom's roof. She had a hole in her roof from the neighbors tree that fell over on hers. While just doing the observation/inspection, he called to notify me that there was rain coming that night so he covered the hole so that it wouldnt rain into her house. Her roof looks amazing and they were done with it within 8 hours. The estimate received from other companies almost doubled their estimate. I would highly recommend OKC... read more

Very disappointed with the behavior of one of your drivers. I was waiting to turn right, but there was oncoming traffic, so I waited until the light turned green instead of making an unsafe turn. Your driver behind me started honking because I didn’t turn on red. Once the light turned green and I made my turn, he sped up next to me just so he could pass me while repeatedly flipping me off. Business response:
We’re very sorry to hear about this incident and apologize for the distress our driver’s behavior caused you and your son. That aggressive conduct is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards we hold for employees representing our company. We will investigate the situation promptly and take appropriate action. Please contact our customer care team with the date, time, and location so we can identify the driver and resolve this matter.
I get really concerned anytime a company hides behind something generic like OKC roofers and doesn’t use their actual company name address and prove that they are in Oklahoma.
Business response:
Thank you for the feedback, we understand your concern about transparency. Our company is locally owned and based in Oklahoma; sometimes review platforms shorten listings to keywords like "OKC roofers" for search purposes, which can make our name and address less visible. We hold the required Oklahoma licenses and insurance and list our full company name, physical address, license number, and insurance information on our website and our Google Business profile for verification. Please use the contact details on our profile t... read more
Kelly came out and went through all the insurance claim stuff with our adjuster. We got the insurance check and called to let Kelly know. He said he'd be out on Tuesday, after Labor Day to go through the claim and get things set up. Never heard from him, never called so today (Thursday) we took down the OKC roofing sign and contracted with another company to do the work. He could have at least called to say they didn't want the job.
