Dr. Jones has been my cardiologist for several years. He is an intelligent, alert physician who knows his medical science. He is a calm, humble, friendly man who does not talk down to your and will give you as much of your time as you seem to need. The other physicians and staff in Dr. Jones officer are excellent.

Very positive and took all the time we wanted. Answered all questions.
In the last month attempts have been made to contact Dr. Jones for med revision twice. The first time, the call was returned after ten days of leaving messages. The second time, it was five days before someone responded to let patient know that he was on vacation this week and next. Will not be seeing this doctor again.
He was very lazy. I only saw him one time and instead of running test to see why my heart rate was elevated he look in my chart and looked at my other diagnosis and said they may be causing it. He was horrible
It’s not the doctor that is the problem but the staff. Don’t trust them to actually check and see if your insurance covers something or a device or the company they are ordering it from. They say they do but what will happen is after the fact is you will be stuck with a several thousands dollars bill that you have to pay.
I changed insurance plans and needed a new cardiologist that was closer to where I live. The office where he works just assigned me to him. He was not friendly and cut me off when I tried to ask questions. Also, he neglected to tell the front desk to have my sign a release for records from my previous dr. as he said he was going to do. He seems like a very angry person. I was not comfortable with him.
