I am a little disappointed in the quality of the stores lately. I tried to do some shopping on Black Friday at the Southland store but they were so short staff and busy that it was hard to be seen in a timely fashion. I know Black Friday is a busy time but the store really did not anticipate the amount of people coming through I felt bad for the employees. I was unable to get my gifts which was fine it happens. 20230913 Finally made it here on my way home! The ladies working here are soooo nice and helpful. So many different types of chocolate. I got the moonshine truffles, bourbon chocolate covered cherries, bourbon truffles. They also have bourbon chocolate, too. This store is beautiful with chocolate displayed everywhere. I finally found the chocolate bars, and bought some too. Their prices are very reasonable. This store has a very large selection of chocolate treats from sugar free to bourbon packed. There are several specialty type options and stuffed animals for that perfect last minute present idea or a treat-yo-self bit of happiness! The staff is very generous with samples but that will lead to some fine purchases as well! Come and enjoy!

We stopped here while traveling to get something sweet. The 2 ladies that work here are the definition of southern hospitality. They treated us so nice and offered us samples and gave some recommendations. They didn't get upset or annoyed that we took our time and had a difficult time deciding. We ended up spending over $100 here after eating some of the samples. We really like the gourmet bourbon caramel truffles, they are out of this world! I can't wait to stop back, this place definitely deserves all the praise.
