We had the BEST experience here! The lady that assisted us was so friendly and patient! They have a great selection of chocolates and really put a lot of thought and care into the presentation of the entire store. We bought a variety of truffles. So far we've tried the milk chocolate key lime truffle and the fleur de sel sea salt caramel truffle and they both were so good! High quality chocolates at a reasonable price. Very clean and lots of options. Very friendly staff. My favorite item is the chocolate covered grapes.
This store has a very large selection of chocolate treats from sugar free to bourbon packed. There are several specialty type options and stuffed animals for that perfect last minute present idea or a treat-yo-self bit of happiness! The staff is very generous with samples but that will lead to some fine purchases as well! Come and enjoy!
I went in today for some gifts for co-workers. It was a wonderful experience! I was greeted as I arrived. After looking around, I asked someone about what I was looking for. They make up custom boxes and they were even better than I expected! Such a great gift from Kentucky for people not from here. Best purchase all day and everyone working went above and beyond!
I am a little disappointed in the quality of the stores lately. I tried to do some shopping on Black Friday at the Southland store but they were so short staff and busy that it was hard to be seen in a timely fashion. I know Black Friday is a busy time but the store really did not anticipate the amount of people coming through I felt bad for the employees. I was unable to get my gifts which was fine it happens.
