It was bubbas first visit there...the staff and dr were awesome...friendly and helped bubba feel comfortable. This is my new vet.
Had my 8 year old doggie Sasha there this week and Dr Fagen was absolutely a caring compassionate person, sitting on the floor with Her trying to ease Her anxiety and shyness before doing the exam. Thanks folks!
