My $100 gift card (I have my Visa receipt) was misplaced in my own home for two years ago. Facts show that it was never used, yet this company will not deactivate it and issue me a new one. The man who answers the phone says that it is my loss. He will not even let me get through to the owner. This is so unethical. This man even went as far to tell me not to “pull the cancer card” when I am a skin cancer survivor and I purchased a skin treatment. Ridiculous. Robbery. Never buy a gift card here.
It’s very uncomfortable when your trying to relax in the relaxation room and it’s overcrowded. We’re in our robes trying to relax and other people are in normal street clothes taking up half the relaxation room. This is the second time we’ve experienced this. I wish they had a separate area for customers who aren’t receiving massages.
I recently had a Reflexology Foot Massage I was very disappointed with this service. It was like my feet were barely touched.
This place is awful, owner is awful Horrible experience right before my wedding, effected my wedding and honeymoon and the owner was a complete jerk about it
