Very nice had a wonderful massage and facial I really enjoyed myself I will return.
I received a gift card for a massage here some time ago. Luckily, I was still able to use it! The massage was great! The staff that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. The front desk staff was very informative and made me feel at ease with this being my first time there. I loved that they have lockers for your things! My first time at Om was good, but could have been better. I received a gift package of 3 different services. I had a manicure, facial and then waited 50min before someone came to get me for my massage. I was so confused if anyone knew I was waiting I almost had to ask. I enjoyed the services except the nail tech talked entirely too much about her personal life and her trouble with men. Some small talk is ok but it was very uncomfortable. I've been going to Om for a long time and have enjoyed my overall experiences. I think there are simply some smaller issues that would bring it back to its perfect rating. The changing room is small and we can all work around that but it needs an update- wear and tear happens easily in the smaller over used spaces. The pedi/mani room is lovely but one of the sinks has been leaking for over a year and it seems odd it hasn't been fixed.
