I called a couple weeks ago about my implant ,but they never called me back as they said they would. I will ask the lady’s name next time I call.
Still waiting to get my treatment done, going on 3-weeks now and nobody has gotten back to me on what is going on.
Went in for a clean x rays and exam, Was charged, the person who was reviewing my xrays told me i needed a deep clean, i was not told i needed a deep clean in my previous appointment. I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned I wanted what i payed for the person refused to clean my teeth, due to the fact that i needed a deep clean and not just a regular clean. I asked for my money back. Didn’t get it. Im very upset at the fact that i payed for NOTHING.
