They called 2 times before 8:30 AM, I set up estimate for today at 9AM. Nobody showed or called. I called them at 9:30, awaiting 5-10 min call back for 30 min now. They aren't getting my business.
I have never in my life been so dissatisfied with a service. They illegally put me as a co-signer on a loan I never signed for. Then proceeded to tell me that they would take my house if the loan was not paid. I recommend to NEVER get any service from them. They are very unprofessional and unethical!
ODR replaced my flat roof, asked specific questions about the removal of the existing roof, didn’t get honest answers and paid extra for the removal, the roof installers were good, but it’s been two weeks and the debris is still in my yard, I’ve been told three times the crew was coming to remove the debris, two weeks is unacceptable to have debris in the yard
I have asked them to cancel my contract as they are unable to provide the information necessary to get HOA approval. Noone in management has returned my calls. I just want this ordeal with them to end.

I will not allow them to take advantage of her . my next call is the the news station. So this is how they left it.
