I got a crown at One Dental in Spring 2023. The dentist who installed the permanent crown ground down another tooth, leaving me with an exposed nerve. One Dental couldn't figure out why I was in pain.

Thing have changed for the worst! Not the same family oriented atmosphere. It's all about getting as many people through the door and as much $ as possible. Not sure what happened to all the previous hygienist but they are all gone! It's so impersonal now. The waiting room used to be so inviting and it has a sterile feel now. The front desk staff are cold and not friendly or inviting. Been seeing Dr. Mack for over 30 years and today will be the last time I step foot in that office.

My husband and I were very concerned after seeing 2 of the new dentists in this office as we were told that both of us needed crowns, something that hadn't been mentioned 6 mths previously when our last xrays were done. We both decided to get a second opinion and were told that we did not need any crowns done. We feel like this office is more concerned about money than their patients welfare. 😞
