They represent slumlord landlords. If you live in the Williamsburg, VA area, buyer beware. They represent rentals for William & Mary College students. These students take out student loans to pay for housing, but Angela doesn't care about this. My son has been without hot water for two weeks, along with his flat mates. One excuse after another.
