I called Optimum care and Linda was so warm and professional and she was able to take care of my sons. After doing the preliminary documentation online(which was very easy) Linda met my sons and I with warmth and good candor. Short waiting time, friendly staff and doctors (saw Georgetta) and conveniently located. All the diagnostic results and medication instructions are lay out in printing at the end of the visit... loved that!
Dr. Kabiri was an excellent physician. He had a nice demeanor and had good suture work. The staff were friendly and got me back quickly.
We have been there several times and each time we have been treated to a super kind front desk, extremely short wait times, as well as great physician and staff interaction. The doctor is clearly very knowledgeable. The office is always clean and overall it’s a well kept facility. You can tell they care. I go out of my way to take my kids here over other urgent cares in the area.
I really like Optimum Care. The doctor and the staff are extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Recommend highly.
It is worth the wait. I was there for two hours. Georgeta Sealy PA took great care of me. The rest of the staff was great. I'm sorry I did not get your names but thank you so much. I was diagnosed with Bronchitis and Ms. Sealy she made sure I left that place feeling better. Today I feel much better. Thank you so much.
