Opulent Pools rented office/warehouse from us for a few years. When they left to move to a different location, we found that Opulent had painted the warehouse space, which was not required. Initially the space smelled like fresh paint, and we refunded most of their security deposit. But soon, when the fresh paint smell wore off, we found that the unit was seriously contaminated with chlorine, which they apparently stored in open containers.
