I would highly advise against using Oracle. John caused us nothing but problems throughout our whole process, with one of the main issues is him lying to us throughout numerous times. We were estimated 10 weeks but the project took almost 20 weeks. Through every step of the build something was done wrong due to poor workmanship. The pool was designed and completed to specifications, however, a major issue with decking was never addressed. John is responsive and timely when picking up payment, but never heard back after several attempts to resolve the decking issue. After offering a solution, he never followed through or returned several phone calls and text messages. Prior to hiring him, I asked about a poor review he had.
