I would highly recommend this facility. I was fortunate enough to receive treatment as this facility was able to accommodate my emergency situation. I found the Oral Surgeon and the entire staff to be highly trained, professional, friendly and accommodating to my questions and needs. I will say that my day was turned around 180 degrees from unfavorable to five star. Thank you team, well done.
Steven King, D.D.S. is an excellent surgeon. Took time to explain procedure to me instead of rushing me into surgery with doubts and fears. Staff provided superb customer service! Recommend this office to anyone apprehensive about oral surgery and bone grafting.
I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted on 6/20/24 and was extremely nervous due to unsolicited horror stories but my surgery went great, I was properly knocked out and one of the ladies even graciously held my hand as I drifted off. The level of care and attention was impeccable. I don't know much about dental surgery but I think I'm healing great, I haven't had to take any pain meds at all for about a week now. 10/10 experience - Dr. Brady was my surgeon btw.
Overall experience was a waste of time. They emailed me over paperwork for me to complete before my appointment day, I completed all the forms and emailed them back to them. The day of my son appointment they ask me for information that I emailed them a week before his appointment and they hadn't called the insurance company yet to see if they were going to cover the procedure that my needed. Dr. King and his entire staff are absolutely amazing!!! They were personable & professional from start to finish. I have severe dental anxiety. They made sure that I was comfortable & reassured me that they would take good care of me which they did. I highly recommend this office to any & everyone!
