Dr. Walstad and his entire team and staff are professional, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. They helped make an experience that terrified me into one that was manageable and took the fear out of it for me. I felt NO pain. They are the BEST. They answered all my questions before & after surgery. The support there is phenomenal. I strongly recommend Dr. Walstad and his team.
The staff at OSANT Rowlett and Dr Walstad were amazing! My wisdom tooth removal went smooth and was done in less than 30mins. I even received a "Get Well" card and a follow up call from Dr. Walstad himself to make sure I was healing OK. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Highly recommend!!!! This office is an ideal practice. They had everything put together in a folder for me with a detailed plan from beginning to end including a couple pages of all the questions I should have asked answered. I was completely at ease throughout the surgery with Dr. Walstad. Skilled professionals through and through.
Probably the most professional and sweetest office I’ve been to to help me with my wisdom teeth removal process. When I went in for the consultation the nurses were the sweetest with my daughter and helped her on her tablet, gave her candy and quarters. They also were very kind with me and answered all my questions. Dr Walstad was great with the whole wisdom teeth removal, it was done in 30 minutes! Over the years I have had half a dozen teeth extracted, each of the previous before I graduated college (I am now 74). Being a patient of Dr. Dingwerth has been the best experience ever. I was in and out of the dental chair in just 15 or 20 minutes, with absolutely no pain or discomfort. And still none after 3 days. I hope that I never need another tooth removal, but if I do, I certainly hope Dr. Dingwerth is still available.
