I had a stressful experience with this office that I think others should be aware of. I went in for a planned extraction of all four wisdom teeth with Dr. Finn on 03/20/26, and I later realized that one of the molars that was supposed to be removed was completely missed. It’s important to keep in mind that I was told, and paid for, all four teeth to be removed, and when I left after my surgery, I was under the impression that all of them had been extracted. while I'm sure the actual Dr's are great, my interaction with the office staff in Rowlett has been less than stellar. When we arrived for my sons appointment I was asked for my CC for our portion of the costs. I was charged 4000. I expected as much but when I asked a question, I was told that they had already gone over this with my wife... ok, I'm not my wife and I had a question.
