Came in about an implant, was sent to take full 3d xrays not covered by insurance (never told me what they were or that they weren't covered) before ever talking to the Dr, given an outrageously priced procedure and told it may take many rounds of bone grafts, and then told I have to pay 50 bucks for a copy of the xrays to take elsewhere. Avoid unless you are made of money
About 18 month back , we had a surgery at this place. Treated well, All went fine. But the nightmare started after that with their accounting dept. We paid all our part and the rest had to be billed for Insurance. But for some reason they billed it as out of network and Insurance rejected it. We get a bill every month, we call back , spend 30 mins going back and forth and get an assurance that, it was a mistake on their side, they will fix it and they eill give assurance that we wont get any more bills, only to receive a ... read more
Dr. Weideman and his staff are the best! I especially appreciated the way they explained what to expect before, during and after my procedure. Taking the time to do so helped alleviate my anxiety tremendously! Having my wisdom teeth taken out was the first kind of surgery I’ve had done, and I was extremely nervous even though it is a common procedure. Dr. Weideman and his staff did a great job with my procedure and ensuring that I understood the steps of an implant as well as following up after the procedure. They care about their patients! I highly recommend them when given the opportunity to.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Weideman at Oral Surgery of the Rockies. We had a fantastic experience! Dr. Weideman and staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. The process from PRE-surgery visit to surgery day was efficient and easy. We received thorough instructions verbally and written. I truly felt confident with the whole process and even during her recovery at home. I can’t thank them enough. I would recommend Oral Surgery of the Rockies to anyone and everyone.
