Orange Blossom was FAST! They took care of my insurance and were able to schedule me within a few days, which their competitors couldn't do. They came to my home for both the installation and the recalibration, which their competitor also couldn't do. I would recommend them to anyone who needs glass replacement.
I never leave reviews, but the experience I had is worth sharing! From the first phone call to the post-installation concerns I had, Orange Blossom Auto Glass was top notch! The Customer Service woman that I spoke with, Beebee (sp?), went above and beyond to help with every step of the process. I called them after an absolutely terrible and disappointing experience with SafeLite, who has a cute jingle, but awful customer service. Joseph did an excellent job as did Jessica who took my call at Orange Blossom. Very professional and polite. I highly recommend Orange Blossom Auto-glass.

The technician Ricardo called me 1.5 hours prior to my appointment time to confirm his arrival. He arrived on time and promptly replaced my front car auto glass within one-hour. Ricardo did an excellent job, professional and polite. I highly recommend Orange Blossom Auto-glass. I called OB Auto-glass after a horribly disappointing experience with Safe Lite. I called OB Auto-glass and my car windshield was replaced the next day.
